As a charter member (1981 and serving as chairman until 1998) and current member of the Heritage Preservation Commission, I have long had an interest in preserving our heritage and educating my community about our unique history, buildings, and architecture.  The Commission was instrumental in researching and listing 42 properties within Faribault and an additional 28 properties within Rice County Mn on the National Register of Historic Places.  It also spearheaded the designation of part of Faribault's downtown area as an Historic District.
 

Our design team takes this background and consults with you to create plans for additions, remodeling, or restoration projects that blend seamlessly with the existing structures. We have worked on numerous projects, both residential and commercial, in southern Minnesota.
